At Fourwalls, we strive to provide high-quality artificial flowers and plants. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- We accept returns for manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care is not eligible for return.
Exclusions:
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as incorrect size or fit, change of mind, or if the customer no longer wants the product.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence, accidents, or natural wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
Process for Returns:
Contact Us: Notify us of the issue with your order by emailing hello@fourwalls.in within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and details of the defect.
Package Opening Video: To help us assess the issue, we require you to send a video via email showing the unboxing of the product and the defect. This video will assist our team in understanding the problem and expedite the resolution process.
Evaluation: Our team will review your case and assess whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect based on the video provided.
Return Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the manufacturing defect based on the video evidence, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, whichever you prefer.
